FASPS French Book Swap

We are doing things a little differently this year: Families who donate items will be able to choose what they would like to receive in exchange by using a descriptive list of the donated books and magazines.  Then all FASPS families are invited to choose from the remaining books and magazines by coming to the Mercer Island campus on June 11-13.

If you are donating items, please download and fill out the form at the link below and include it with your books.
FASPS FRENCH BOOK SWAP: HOW IT WORKS

  1. Determine what French-language books or magazine issues you would like to offer to other FASPS families.  We are looking specifically for French children's / young-adult books or magazines in good condition.
  2. Print and fill out the book swap form, and place it in a bag along with the books/magazines.
  3. Bring the bag with the form and reading materials to campus. For Capitol Hill Campus families, there will be a drop-off box at your campus starting May 15, where you can leave donations.
  4. If you donate items, you will receive an email from the Library Committee with a link to a spreadsheet describing the available books.  Choose what items you would like in return (if any), and email your choices to the Library Committee.  Book requests will be honored in the order they are received.
  5. Families who have selected items can pick up their books and magazines at Mercer Island and Seattle on June 11-13.
  6. All families are welcome to choose from the remaining books and magazines at our tables at Mercer Island on June 11-13.
  7. Contact Will Davis on the Library Committee (will.j.davis@outlook.com) with any questions.

DATES FOR PICK-UP AND SELECTING FROM REMAINING BOOKS:
  • June 11-13 (Wed.-Fri.): 8:00-8:45 AM ; 3:00-3:45 PM
