Guests will enjoy an exciting evening featuring a specialty cocktails, a wine toss, a Golden Ticket opportunity, silent and live auctions, Fund-A-Needs, a Dessert Dash, unique Gala art projects, and dancing late into the night—all while celebrating this milestone anniversary together and supporting our beloved school.

There are many ways to support the Gala, including attending the event, donating or procuring auction items or experiences, making a cash donation, purchasing a sponsorship, supporting a Fund-A-Need, bidding in the online or live auctions, or participating in raffle ticket sales. Every contribution helps make this event a success and supports our students, faculty and staff, programs, and community.

  • Who Should Attend?

The Gala & Auction provides such a special moment of connection and unity for our school. All parents are strongly encouraged to participate and to invite their friends and family! Many friends of FASPS and Parents of Alumni attend the event in person or participate in the Online Auction, which runs for a week before the Gala & Auction. This is an event that brings the entire school community together to celebrate our students and the school, reflecting our shared commitment to preserving, adapting, and growing our harmonized, bilingual program.
  • How do I volunteer? What volunteer opportunities are available?

Volunteer positions are available for anyone looking to fulfill their volunteer commitment. Please contact the Development Office at Gala@FASPS.org for information on volunteering to support corporate sponsorship, procurement, decorations, or other Gala volunteer opportunities.
  • What is the Gala and Auction?

Each spring FASPS holds a large fundraising event: the Gala & Auction. The funds raised at the Gala are vital to the school and help support our 2025-2026 operating expenses, except for the Fund-A-Needs. Gala & Auction funds help cover the costs that make FASPS an extraordinary learning environment and strengthen our school’s program.

Leading up to the Gala each year, and on the event night, volunteer positions are available. This is a great way to fulfill family volunteer hours. Please contact the Development Office at Gala@FASPS.org
  • Sponsorships to the Gala & Auction

Purchasing sponsorship is a great way to promote your business while helping to offset FASPS gala expenses. This is a great option for business owners who would like to support the FASPS Gala but do not have a product or service that would sell well at an auction. More information will be posted to the gala website in the new year.

  • Procurement

We are thrilled about our upcoming 2026 Gala & Auction and deeply appreciate your assistance in procuring and/or donating items. The success of our Auction relies heavily on the generous contributions of goods and services. This includes physical items and experiences (certificates and gift cards).

Each FASPS family is required to procure a minimum of $400 worth of donated items or cash, as outlined in the enrollment contract and parent handbook. Your contributions not only support our school but also offer unique experiences for the recipients.

If you are interested in joining the Procurement Team or have any questions about procurement, please reach out to Gala@fasps.org
  • Make a Cash Donation
