The French American School of Puget Sound (FASPS) seeks a highly organized, analytical, and service-oriented Development Operations & Stewardship Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations that support the school's fundraising, donor stewardship, and constituent engagement efforts.
Reporting to the Director of Development, this position serves as the primary administrator for the school's fundraising systems and development operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of donor and constituent data. The Development Operations & Stewardship Manager manages gift processing, reporting, stewardship activities, campaign support, event systems, and development analytics while partnering closely with colleagues across Advancement, Finance, and School Leadership.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys combining technology, data, project management, and relationship support in a mission-driven environment. Success in this position is reflected in accurate and reliable data, exceptional donor stewardship, efficient fundraising operations, and responsive support for the Development team and the broader FASPS community.

As a part of the Auxiliary Programs department, supporting the global function of the school, Learning Assistants at FASPS work collaboratively with students, teachers, and school staff to foster a positive and conducive learning environment for Preschool through 8th grade. This role involves supporting both academic and social-emotional development, as well as assisting with supervision during various school activities such as recess, lunch, and extended day programs.

FASPS is accepting applications for on-call substitute teachers at all grade levels. Substitute teachers are responsible for implementing the mission and philosophy of the School. With a flexible schedule, substituting is an excellent way to work with great students and their community and experience independent school teaching.
Please note that this is NOT a contracted, full-time position. This is an on-call position; work is contingent upon the school's needs, and we cannot sponsor visas for this position.
