Bienvenue and Welcome From Our Head of School
Thank you for your interest in the French American School of Puget Sound (FASPS); I hope our website will help answer your questions. We are proud of what FASPS has to offer our students and have included many details of our harmonized, bilingual program on these pages. At the same time, we would enjoy the opportunity to meet you and your family in person! If you would like to tour our school and learn more about our program while classes are in session, please email Déborah Worrall and Lia Corrado — our Admissions team — at Admissions@FASPS.org, and they will be happy to help you!

It has been my great pleasure to serve FASPS as its head of school since 2010. I have had the wonderful opportunity to be a part of each of our students’ lives as we strive to fully prepare them to succeed in a multicultural world. One of our most cherished assets is our dedicated and talented faculty and staff, who work side-by-side with our outstanding parent community. Whether you have enrolled your student at FASPS or are hired to join our team, you and your family become part of ours.

Our community is extremely diverse, which leads to expanded perspectives, stimulating conversations, and an overall enhanced educational experience. Our student body comes primarily from Seattle, Bellevue, and Mercer Island, but originates in more than 50 different countries with over 35 languages spoken. Our tuition assistance program also allows for socio-economic diversity to further broaden all of our students’ worldviews.

We have high expectations for our students, and this rigor and dedication leads to motivated and knowledgeable individuals who excel in life after they pass through our doors. Every year, our Grade 8 graduates move on to public and private schools in the area and around the world. We believe that the foundation of a FASPS education, based on excellence, integrity, cultural agility, and community, provides them with the tools and experiences to make the most of their future pursuits.

Again, thank you for your interest, and I hope to meet you soon!

Warm regards,

Eric
