Registration for Summer 2025 Is Now Open!

At FASPS we offer immersive summer camps for children ages 18 months through middle school. Our camps blend language learning with play, creating a joyful and supportive environment for all levels—from beginners to native French speakers. Through games, projects, and activities, campers gain confidence and make connections with their peers.

We keep groups small to ensure every camper gets individualized attention from our dedicated leaders and assistants. This also allows for a more personalized learning adventure.

FAQs

List of 7 frequently asked questions.

  • Does my child need to be enrolled at FASPS to come to camp?

Absolutely not! Our camps are open to FASPS and non-FASPS students alike!
  • Is it possible to do a tour/warm-up time for our child before summer programs start?

Yes! We will offer an in-person “SPF Warm-Up” for all programs in June prior to program start. Details will be shared with registered families in the spring.
  • What is the staff-to-camper ratio? How many campers per group?

Camp des Lucioles (ages 18 months-5) groups are staffed by at least 2 adult summer staff members, and the group size is limited to 14 children maximum.

Camp d’été (rising grades 1-5) groups are staffed by 1-2 adult summer staff members, and the group size is limited to 12.

Classe Aventure (middle schoolers) is staffed by 2 adult summer staff members, and the group size is limited to 12 children.
  • Is the summer programs staff the same as the school year staff?

Most of our summer staff members are FASPS faculty, but we also have staff members from outside the community. All summer staff have gone through a rigorous hiring process and meet all our requirements and standards for excellence.
  • Do you offer lunches? Are snacks provided?

Lunch is not provided for any of our summer programs so all campers must bring their own lunch.

Camp des Lucioles: morning and afternoon snack will be provided to all campers.

Camp d'été & Classe Aventure: an afternoon snack will be provided for those staying in after-care.

  • What is included in camp costs?

Camp costs include all activities and projects and a camp t-shirt. Morning and afternoon snacks are included in the Camp des Lucioles cost, and Classe Aventure costs include bus transportation to/from field trips and a drawstring bag.
  • Does my camper need to be fully potty-trained?

No! We have limited space for students who are not yet fully potty-trained, with priority given to FASPS students ages 18 months to 2.5 years. Campers ages 2.5 and above should be out of diapers and working on potty-training. We do work on potty use during camp, and we expect (lots of) accidents!
