Camp d’été
In-person Camp for Students Entering Grades 1–5

No French, no problem! Whether your child is an absolute beginner or a native speaker, our four-week French Immersion Camp d’été (Summer Camp) allows campers to develop language skills at their own pace in a fun and inclusive setting.

We’ll put the focus on French language acquisition by exploring our weekly themes. Campers will use their French all day long as they participate in arts and crafts, music, drama, science, and much more. We’ll also spend lots of time outdoors playing games and exploring local parks!

2023 Themes:

This summer, Camp d’été sessions are looking at complementary but opposite themes! Both themes will be covered during each week — join us for one or both weeks of the session!

Session 1 (June 26 – July 7, 2023): Gigantesque et miniature | Giant and Miniature:
Want to look at the big picture, then zoom in on the details? We’ll explore the full spectrum of size during weeks 1 and 2! From planets and architecture to insects, cells and intricate art, campers will have fun with games and activities from pint-sized to larger than life.

Session 2 (July 10–21, 2023): Lumière et obscurité | Light and Dark:
What’s better than resting in the shade on a sunny day? Discovering even more cool ways to play with light and dark! There’s plenty to explore with prisms, shadow puppets, photography, moon phases, painting and more. Campers will love these two weeks of looking on the bright side, balanced with some cool sunglasses.
