Camp des Lucioles
(18 months - Rising Kindergarten)

The Camp des Lucioles (or “Fireflies Camp”) is our bilingual day camps for preschool and Kindergarten, welcoming our youngest campers to a gentle introduction to the French language.

Camp Facts:

• Bilingual Activities: Camp experiences are led in both English and French, with structured language workshops to support fluency in both languages.

• Play-Based Learning: Weekly themed activities blend fun, discovery, and school-readiness skills to engage campers at every level.

• Age-Appropriate Groups: Campers are grouped by age to foster social and emotional learning (SEL) and peer connections.

• Licensed & Safe: Our program is licensed by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), and maintains a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio (1:7 in groups with campers younger than 2.5 years old).

• Rest Time: All groups include a daily nap/rest period for recharging.

• Snacks: Morning and afternoon snacks are included for the Lucioles campers.

• Field Trips: Our 5-year-olds (rising Kindergartners) enjoy one off-campus excursion per session.
