Family and Community Committee (FCC)
Welcome to the FASPS Community!
When your family joins FASPS, you become part of a warm, inclusive community where every member is valued. The FASPS Parent Committee (FPC) strengthens these connections through social events, volunteer opportunities, and initiatives that bring families, faculty, and staff together.
As a community, we:
- Celebrate at events like monthly parent coffees, the annual Kermesse carnival, and staff appreciation gatherings
- Give back through food/clothing drives and partnerships with local Mercer Island organizations
- Enhance learning by fundraising for the Cultural Agility Fund, which supports field trips, performances, and global experiences
- Support all families through volunteer coordination and grade-level liaisons
From patisserie sales to the FASPS Gala & Auction, every contribution helps provide exceptional opportunities for students—often at little or no cost to families. Whether you volunteer time or simply participate, your involvement helps nurture our diverse, connected community.
