DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION & WELLBEING
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

As students progress into Elementary School, they build on their early experiences by making connections to the world beyond themselves. Through carefully crafted lessons, they develop the ability to recognize unfairness and injustice in both historical and contemporary contexts. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and empathy are key tools as students learn to navigate interpersonal and local issues, working toward resolutions that reflect compassion and fairness.

A Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Across all grade levels, our school fosters a community where every student is valued for their unique perspective. We celebrate the richness of cultural diversity, and through age-appropriate curriculum and experiences, we ensure that every child is equipped with the tools they need to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world.

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Peer Mediation

Elementary and Middle School students engage in peer mediation programs, where they are trained to help resolve conflicts, and develop strong communication and empathy.

Student Council

The Student Council also plays a key role in fostering student leadership and activism, guiding initiatives that promote inclusivity, sustainability, and community involvement. Students collaborate on projects that address issues such as equality, environmental stewardship, and community service, both locally and globally.
