BY NOV 2 Schedule Your Parent-Teacher Conference(s) (Virtual) All parents should have received an email from Libby Molamphy with instructions on how to sign up. Conferences will be held on Tuesday, November 2, and there will be NO SCHOOL and NO GARDERIE that day. Lower School conferences have a few exceptions: 1) PK-A (Cybel) and PK-B (Marie) will hold their conferences on Wednesday, November 3. PK-A students will NOT have school on November 2, but they WILL have regular school on November 3. 2) Grade 3-A (Anne-Sophie and Stacy) will hold their conferences on Monday, November 8. ON OCT 30 (10AM–12pm) In-person FASPS Community Event FASPS will host a refreshment stand at Novelty Hill Farm near their pumpkin patch, and all FASPS families are welcome to attend (Pumpkin Patch & Fall Fun)! There is no cost for admission, but the Corn Maze is $10 per person. FASPS will pay the $3 fee for any student who would like to try the Hay Mow and Corn Crib. ON OCT 13 Deadline to Order FASPS’s 2021–2022 Torchons: We have three torchons (tea towels) this year: TYPK – Grade 1; Grades 2–5; and Middle School. The price per torchon is $15. Due to covid-19 uncertainties, ALL torchons MUST be purchased in advance again this year, with orders needing to be placed by Wednesday, October 13 (order link to be posted to FASPS’s website homepage the week of September 27–October 1). ON SEP 17 AT 9:30AM Join Us for Our First FPC Coffee (Online) of the School Year: Pour a cup of coffee and join us online for our first FPC Coffee of the school year. We will meet on Friday, September 17, to welcome new FASPS families. We will be joined by Eric Thuau, FASPS head of school, and Déborah Worrall, FASPS director of admissions. All new families are invited to join in with any questions you may have, and all returning families are invited to meet our new families and share any tips about navigating the school year.
