FASPS Athletics:
Mens sana in corpore sano

At FASPS, we embrace the timeless ideal of a sound mind in a sound body. Our Athletics Program is designed to foster physical wellness, teamwork, and personal growth through structured sports and activities. Students develop motor skills, athletic abilities, and a lifelong appreciation for health, fitness, and safety—all while cultivating team spirit and sportsmanship.

FASPS athletes compete in leagues such as the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) and the Cascade Middle School League (CMSL), allowing them to gain valuable experience in diverse competitive settings.

The Athletics Department also organizes the Cross Scolaire (“Fun Run”) in the fall, Middle School Ski Trips in the winter, and the Annual Soccer Picnic where students play a match against faculty in the spring.
