AEFE Volleyball Tournament

Rising Excellence

In January of 2025 and again January of 2026, FASPS Participated in the annual Volleyball Tournament coordinated by the AEFE-UNSS ZAN (French Schools in Foreign Countries, North American Zone). This tournament is held at Rochambeau in Bethesda, Maryland. In January of 2026, one of our Middle School Volleyball teams earned 2nd place amongst their division — an outstanding accomplishment that reflects the tenacity, athleticism, and team spirit of our student athletes. All of our tournament participants showed the other schools what it means to be a Griffin athlete and the immense pride they have to represent FASPS in a competition against other French schools in North America.

Other participating schools included the Lycée Français de New York, the Lycée Français de Chicago, The International School of Silicon Valley, Rochambeau, International School of Boston, Dallas International School, Kennedy International School, College Stanislas, Lycée International de Calgary, College International Marie de France, & Awty International School.
