As a French American school, we understand the unique blend of cultures and perspectives that our community represents. Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is not only a reflection of our values but also a testament to our belief that a culturally diverse learning environment enriches the educational experience and prepares our students to be global citizens.

In alignment with these principles, FASPS is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive community, as we empower our students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, preparing them to contribute positively to the colorful world around them.

Community Engagement

Strong community partnerships and meaningful engagement are key to creating a dynamic, inclusive, and globally minded learning environment. Through collaboration with families, faculty, staff, local organizations, schools, and cultural institutions, we extend learning beyond the classroom, offering students, educators, and families opportunities for dialogue, service learning, and cross-cultural exchange locally, nationally, and internationally.

DEI Council & Committee

The DEI Council was established in 2016 by faculty members to foster a more inclusive, equitable, and culturally responsive school community. Composed of faculty and staff, the council develops initiatives, provides resources, and guides conversations that advance DEI principles within the school. The council works with school leadership, affinity groups, and the Board of Trustees’ DEI committee to drive meaningful and sustainable progress.
