To enhance our sense of community the PPC hosts many social and educational events throughout the year. Please review the calendar for dates and times of all events.
Events include:
The Fall Picnic is the first event of the year organized by the PPC. It is a festive welcome-back-to-school event for returning families and staff and a welcome aboard to those who are new. It usually takes place in late September or early October. There is entertainment for the students, a potluck feast, and space for sports and other fun for all. The PPC encourages everyone, new and returning, to join us for this lively event.
The Gala is the single largest fundraising event organized by the PPC. It entails both silent and live auctions, dinner, dancing, raffle and entertainment to make for a truly special night out celebrating the students and our school.

Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week
Teacher and Staff Appreciation week provides an opportunity for families to show their appreciation for our talented staff and teachers. The weeklong event includes special treats and treatments arranged by the PPC and the children. It usually culminates in a lavish luncheon offering a range of delicious foods in the teacher’s lounge.

Volunteer Appreciation Coffee
The Volunteer Coffee is the PPC’s opportunity to thank all parent volunteers who contributed time and talent to make our events, meetings, and fundraising efforts so successful. It usually takes place just prior to the end of the school year. All parent volunteers are invited.

Wrapping up the year with the Year End All School Picnic, the PPC organizes this event for families to connect and socialize before summer break begins.
