Under the FASPS enrollment agreement, each family is obligated to give 20 volunteer hours to the school each year. We welcome your help with the gala. Here are some options:

PROCUREMENTS
The time you spend getting goods and services for the auction in excess of your $250 obligation count toward fulfilling your volunteer hours. If you'd like to help us, please contact ericajerome@gmail.com. The success of the auction depends on getting great things to sell!

We need volunteers to make just a few calls to solicit donations. Also, we would like a few parents to be area captains. Area captains procure items themselves, ask other parents to solicit donations, and act as a clearinghouse for local information.

ADMINISTRATION
Help with many administrative tasks, including jobs that would take just a few hours, such as stuffing envelopes, and helping with paperwork the night of the gala. Contact: padua8@comcast.net.

ADVERTISEMENT SALES
Help sell ads in our gala catalog. Contact: robh@fasps.org

CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
Help sign up corporate sponsors for our annual fundraiser. Contact: robh@fasps.org

TABLE CAPTAINS
Table captains are responsible for filling one table with 10 guests. Guests pay for their own tickets. Being a table captain will fulfill five hours of your volunteer requirement. 

RAFFLE TICKETS
Help organize the sale of raffle tickets to benefit our school. Contact: kmeaux@me.com or galateam@fasps.org.

MERCHANDISING
Volunteers are needed to orchestrate our auctions by keeping track of goods, arranging for their transportation to the gala, and creating tables to display items at the gala. Contact: Galateam@fasps.org.

DECORATIONS
Help create beautiful centerpieces for the tables using our children's artwork in the weeks before the gala, or on the day of the gala help decorate the venue. Contact Kristen Glant    glant@oz.net

EVENT
If you would like to volunteer during the day to help set up or are not planning to attend the gala that evening but would like to help make everything run smoothly, please contact zblethen@comcast.net.

POST GALA
Volunteers are needed to send out thank-you letters and invoices, and distribute items not collected on the night of the gala. Contact: padua8@comcast.net.
