Thalia Opdycke
Thalia was born in Beirut, Lebanon and educated in France and Switzerland until her family moved to Seattle when she was 16. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1986 with a double degree in International Business and Japanese Language. Her significant work experience is in PR management at Nordstrom, Boeing and at her husband’s software company. She travels frequently and is fluent in French and English, and comfortable in Spanish and Japanese. Thalia has been a parent at FASPS for nine years and has a keen interest in supporting the French education model. Her son graduated from FASPS in 2006 and her daughter will graduate from the 8
th
grade in 2012.
