Susan is an American parent with dual US and UK citizenship. In 2007, she moved to Seattle with her husband and two children from London, England. Prior to that, she lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for ten years. 

Susan has worked in the online retail industry since 1998, most recently at Amazon where she spent four years in finance in a pan-European role and two years in a retail position in Seattle. She holds a BA in Business from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Susan was PPC Treasurer for two years at FASPS, and is in her second year on the FASPS Board. Her youngest child, Achilles, is in kindergarten at FASPS.
