History and Mission

In 1995 a small group of educators and Francophiles had a vision: to establish a French-American school in the Pacific Northwest.

That fall, the French American School of Puget Sound opened its doors with two teachers and 12 students. Since then, the school has grown to over 380 students in grades YPK through 8 and a faculty of 55.

As the school celebrates its 16th year, it is poised to continue building on its reputation of educational excellence and multicultural perspective.
